Terms & Conditions

You must be at least 13 years old to hold an account. If you are under 18, you may use Selection Skills only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.

By registering you confirm the details you give us are true, and that you will keep them up to date.

Selection Skills provides skill training delivered online: live classes on a schedule, recorded course videos, practice batches, and downloadable class material. What you get depends on what you buy — each course page states what is included before you pay.

We may change, add or withdraw courses. If we withdraw something you have already paid for and cannot provide a substitute, section 5 applies.

• One account per person. Accounts are personal. Do not share your login, and do not let anyone else use your access.
• Your phone number is your identity. It cannot be changed once the account exists. Everything you buy is tied to it, so if you lose access to the number, contact us before you lose access to your courses.
• Your PIN is yours. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has got in.
• Concurrent use is monitored. An account showing sustained use from many devices at once may be suspended while we look into it.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

A purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to view the content for the access period stated on the course. When that period ends, access ends. Buying a course does not transfer any ownership of the material to you.

Where a course includes live classes, the schedule is published in the app. We may reschedule a class; where we do, we will give as much notice as we reasonably can.

Refund terms are set out in full in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary: Course and subscription purchases are final. Once a payment has gone through, the purchase cannot be changed or cancelled, and it is not refunded.

Everything in Selection Skills — video, notes, question banks, PDFs, the way a course is put together — belongs to us or to the teachers we work with. Your licence is to learn from it, personally. You may not:

• Record, screen-capture, download outside the app, or otherwise copy class content
• Re-upload, share, sell, rent or redistribute any of it, in any form
• Show it to a group, use it to teach, or use it in any other commercial way
• Remove or obscure any watermark, credit or notice
• Reverse engineer the app, or try to reach content you have not paid for

Notes, doubts, comments and live-class chat are yours. You keep ownership of them, and you give us permission to store and display them as part of running the service — a message in a live class is shown to everyone in that class.

Keep it civil. Do not post anything that is:

• Abusive, harassing, hateful, or targeted at another student or teacher
• Obscene, or unlawful in any way
• Someone else’s work presented as your own, or otherwise infringing
• Spam, advertising, or a link to pirated material
• Another person’s private information

We can remove anything that breaks these rules and suspend the account that posted it. We do not pre-screen what students post, so if you see something that should not be there, report it from within the app or email dev@opsolve.in.

You can leave at any time. Delete your account from the account deletion page or from within the app. Deleting your account ends your access to everything you have purchased, and is not itself a ground for a refund. Completion takes up to 30 days.

We can suspend or close an account that breaches these terms — in particular section 6 — or where we are required to by law. Where the breach is not serious we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.

We work to keep Selection Skills available and accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Live classes depend on networks and third-party services outside our control.

Our courses teach skills. We make no promise of any job, placement, exam result, income or other outcome, and nothing on the site should be read as one. What you get out of a course depends on the work you put in.

Content is provided for education. It is not professional, legal, financial or medical advice.

Selection Skills is a private education provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorised by, or connected in any way to any government department, public service commission, recruitment board, examination authority or other government body. Where a course refers to a public examination or recruitment process, it does so for description only.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of opportunity, or for any exam or career outcome. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and material changes will be notified in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Selection Skills after that means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
