All quizzes, courses, videos, PDFs, and other content on Selection Skills are owned by us or our partners and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not download, redistribute, screen-record, or scrape any content without written permission.
4. Acceptable use
No cheating in live quizzes, no impersonation, no automated access, no scraping leaderboards or question banks. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this — see our anti-cheat tooling.
5. Purchases
Course and test-series purchases are processed by our payment partners. Prices displayed in the app are final and include applicable taxes. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.
6. Service availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
7. Disclaimers
Selection Skills provides preparation material and practice tests. We are not an examining body. Selection in any government or competitive exam depends on many factors and is never guaranteed.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Selection Skills is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
