Selection Skills is an online learning platform. We do not ship any physical products. All courses, test series, ebooks, and live batches are delivered digitally inside the app and on the web.
1. Delivery
Access is granted instantly after successful payment. You can start consuming your purchase immediately from the My Batches / Test Series / Library sections of the app.
2. Activation issues
If your purchase doesn't unlock within 10 minutes of payment, please email help@selectionskills.com with your order id and we'll fix it right away.
3. Validity
Each course or test series has its own validity window stated on the product page (e.g. 6 months, 12 months, exam-end). Access ends automatically at the end of that window.
4. Devices
One account, multiple devices — you can sign in on any phone, tablet, or laptop. To prevent account sharing we may limit the number of simultaneous active devices.
